What's the gig?
As a Leader in the business, you'll be the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly, from ensuring our customers leave with big smiles to leading a fun, hardworking team. You'll oversee the store's day‑to‑day, keep the vibes high, and make sure everything's running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.
* Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently.
* Day to day inventory management and stock control.
* Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.
* Hire, train, develop and motivate a team.
* Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
* Responsible for venue P&L management.
Who You Are
* A confident leader with retail or hospitality experience (QSR experience a plus).
* A people‑first person who loves building teams and connecting with customers.
* Positive, proactive, and always ready to jump in where needed.
* Organised, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement.
