Own the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of high-performance paid media campaigns across programmatic, social, video, and search.
We are seeking an experienced Programmatic & Paid Ads Contractor to take full ownership of multi-channel performance marketing activity for our clients. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly data-led, and understands how to translate paid media strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As the Programmatic & Paid Ads Contractor, you will plan, execute, and optimise performance campaigns across programmatic, display, video, social, and search channels. You will be responsible for audience strategy, testing frameworks, forecasting, and delivering measurable ROI across all paid activities, while collaborating closely with creative, analytics, and marketing teams.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE...
* Proven experience managing programmatic and paid social/search campaigns
* Strong understanding of DSPs, retargeting, audience targeting, and attribution models
* Demonstrated track record of improving ROAS and lowering CPA
* Strong analytical capability with experience using GA4, Looker, or similar tools
* Data-led mindset with strong commercial acumen
* Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
