ABOUT THE POSITION

This position offers a competitive base salary with an uncapped incentive structure — meaning your income is directly tied to your performance. The harder you work and the better you place, the more you earn. You'll also support office operations as part of a close-knit, results-focused team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Source and attract top ICT and Engineering talent to meet ongoing and urgent client demand
* Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks to a high standard
* Manage onboarding and compliance processes for new placements
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within CRM systems
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
* Develop and manage talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
* Partner with stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality recruitment outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Essential:

* Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Desirable:

* IT knowledge or experience
* Experience in recruitment (Desirable, not necessary)
* Proficiency with MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, Manatal or similar CRM systems
* A proven track record of working independently, taking initiative, and delivering results
* Technical tertiary qualifications (Advantageous but not mandatory)
