Allocator | Sheridan
At Sheridan, we are seeking an Allocator to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who has a passion for retail, is eager to learn and has a good understanding of the retail industry.
Your day to day...
Working with the Merchandise Planners to develop and refine Retail Store stock grids/profiles
Uploading and managing Purchase Orders in the system
Working closely with the Supply team to track and manage Pos
Working closely with the Logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of stock into store
Working closely with the with the retail team to ensure our stock levels translate well in store
Managing replenishment of core and seasonal lines
Managing stock levels in conjunction with promotional events
Providing weekly delivery and stock allocation updates to the team
Providing input and analysis into range planning with Merchandise Planners and Brand Managers for Retail
Providing input into the preparation of reporting for Weekly Trade Meetings
About you
Experience within a retail store or, as a merchandise allocator or buyers assistant (ideal but not mandatory)
Local knowledge of apparel or homewares industry
Analytically minded, comfortable with data and systems with a good knowledge of excel
