About You
You will play an integral role in guiding customers through their new home journey. This will look a little like:
1. Welcome customers into our new home displays and experience centres
2. Understand customer needs and provide them with the information they need to guide their visit through the homes
3. Help award-winning designs shine by taking pride in the presentation of our homes and sales suites
4. Keep product information and databases up to date to enable a great experience for customers and Sales team
5. Get in touch with customers after their visit to check in and keep them connected to the team
You are excited to explore the world of property and new home construction. You have a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing an authentic and engaging service to them as you help guide them to achieve their new home goals.
Job Requirements
We are looking for someone with availability to work every Saturday and Sunday and either Thursday or Friday, from 9:45 am - 5:15 pm.
You must be confident in your interactions with customers both in face-to-face and over the phone. You don't shy away from conversations with new faces and value the importance of building meaningful relationships with your peers and our customers.
