Graduate Structural Engineer role in Mount Beauty with client-facing consultancy, residential and commercial projects, and a supportive team environment.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Working with the Building Structures team on residential and commercial structures projects
* Collaborating with an in-house drafting team
* Potential exposure to structural design on Tier 1 projects across Australia
* Producing high-quality engineering documentation
* Undertaking site inspections as required
* Developing positive client relationships and communicating effectively with tradespeople and project managers
About You
What you'll need:
* A degree in Engineering (Structural/Civil)
* Up to 2-3 years post-university experience in structural design
* Experience with concrete, steel, masonry, and/or timber design
* Well-developed project management skills
* Competence with engineering software such as Spacegass and Inventor
* Experience working with Australian Standards
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Current driver's license
* Ability to adhere to the Engineers Australia Code of Ethics and apply KUSCH Core Values
