We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aboriginal Clinical Nurse to join our team within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Integrated Care services. With a strong focus on Aboriginal clients with complex health needs, this role supports both acute and sub-acute care responses, aiming to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions. You’ll work closely with both Government and Non-Government organisations to ensure vulnerable individuals receive the coordinated and integrated care they need. About You You are a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse or Midwife who is passionate about delivering high-quality, culturally safe care. You thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to working collaboratively to support the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal clients with complex needs.
