Customer Experience Ambassador
We are seeking a Head of Department to lead our team in creating a positive first impression for customers by establishing a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.
About the Role:
* Manage customer service, bookings, ticketing processing, education of park adventures, maintenance of visual appeal and cleanliness of the reception area, resource management, and retail offerings replenishment.
* Conduct departmental open and close procedures, revenue reporting, analyse feedback, undertake regular inspections & audits of work areas to identify & remedy potential safety hazards or issues.
* Supervise staff, training, developing, and rostering; manage customer expectations on service, engagement and education.
Requirements:

* Strong problem-solving ability
* Physical fitness
* Tetanus vaccination
* Advanced First Aid certificate
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Standard 3.2.2) advantageous
* Certificate II or III in Tourism or equivalent advantageous
* An understanding of exposure and working in outdoor environments
* Computer confidence and Microsoft Word/Excel knowledge
* Own vehicle
