* Systems & Requirements Engineers (all levels of experience)
* Safety Assurance & RAM (all levels of experience)

What You'll Need:
* Familiarity with applying EN/CENELEC codes and standards is highly desirable
* Experience in rail, Aviation or defence on complex, high-profile projects that require strict regulation
* Exceptional written and verbal communication as a trusted advisor with the ability to translate complex engineering processes to non-engineers
* A dynamic individual who can work across multiple projects or disciplines (including Aviation and Defence if required)
* Pragmatic and Customer-Centric to provide the best outcomes
* Values-driven with an excellent work ethic and a high moral compass
Qualifications:
* Degree in Electrical/ Electro-mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Communication, or similar
* A master's degree or professional certification is advantageous.
* Working experience interpreting and applying relevant standards.
* Solid communication skills, including business writing and presentations.
* Working knowledge of safety demonstration processes.
* Good analytical and judgment skills for solving complex problems and evaluating alternative solutions
