Project Manager Role

About the Position
The successful candidate will oversee project implementation, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency within the operating environment.
* Responsibilities include:
o Managing project implementation, including budgeting, scope control, and risk assessment.
o Preliminary analysis for projects, including feasibility studies and technical evaluations.
o Supervising installation of equipment, software, and infrastructure.
o Executing design specifications based on corporate standards, regulations, and user requirements.
o Ensuring safety by design during construction and operation.
o Lead and coordinate stakeholder contributions to implement the project on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
o Coordinating efforts with start-up teams for smooth transition to operations.
o Selecting, qualifying, and coordinating contractor activities.
Requirements
* Tertiary study in Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the Engineering field.
* Project Management skills, including analytical and budgetary expertise.
* Experience working in similar industries – preferred.
* Leaders require a proven track record in delivering results through cross-functional collaboration, team management, and influence.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with capacity to drive performance and quality.
* Self-management following defined KPIs/Objectives.
