We are looking for a Casual Catering Assistant to join our large-scale Central Kitchen at Holden Hill.What you'll doIn the central kitchen, you will support the preparation of meals at the modern cook-chill food production kitchen.
Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the Chefs with meal preparation and distribution.Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.Operating industrial dish washers to ensure equipment cleanliness.Provide support for various other kitchen tasks and duties.About YouPrevious experience in meal preparation and food handling.Experience working within a production kitchen environment (desirable).
