This role involves identifying and managing business development and sales opportunities, understanding client needs, and positioning BSI solutions to improve performance, manage risk, reduce costs, and enable sustainable growth.This is a client-facing role focused on the ANZ Market.Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesThe key responsibilities include:Achieving sales targets with customers for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.Developing and managing relationships with targeted accounts and their leaders.Prospecting and pursuing new business opportunities.Negotiating contracts and coordinating requirements to close deals.Maintaining and updating stakeholder information in Salesforce.Staying informed on industry changes and participating in relevant organizations.Sales ProcessResponsibilities include networking with existing customers, identifying new prospects, utilizing the BSI sales process, providing delivery timelines, and reviewing sales activities to meet targets.Sales ToolsManage territory potential, produce forecasts, utilize price books and collateral, and apply standard T&Cs effectively.Product KnowledgeStay updated on standards industry developments, explain the standards development process, and apply product features to customer needs.Sales SkillsDeep knowledge of BSI products/services, presentation skills, requirement definition, and engaging with decision-makers are essential.Sales ManagementPlan short-term strategies to meet immediate goals and propose solutions to increase delivery.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree or proven experience in sales, ability to develop relationships, understanding of business development, negotiation, and sales techniques, and knowledge of the certification and compliance market are preferred.BSI BehaviorsDemonstrate accountability, achievement, customer focus, respect, communication, and leadership, aligned with BSI's client-centric, agile, and collaborative culture.Interviews may be conducted face-to-face or virtually.
