Admin Assistant – Plumbing Service Division
Location: Ormeau, QLD
Type: Full Time | Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tradewise Group is a fast-growing and well-respected Commercial Plumbing Company based in Ormeau QLD, servicing some of Australia’s leading facility managers, commercial property groups, and industrial clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our busy operations team.
At Tradewise, we specialise in a wide range of plumbing services including commercial maintenance, leak detection and rectification, emergency repairs, pump servicing, and minor project works. What sets us apart is our commitment to reliability, responsiveness, and quality workmanship.
We’re looking for an Admin Assistant who thrives in a high-paced service environment and is confident handling multiple tasks with a strong focus on customer service and operational support. Previous experience in the plumbing, construction or facility management industries will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails in a qualified and timely manner
- Entering job data and uploading reports into client portals
- Assisting the team with scheduling, job updates, and site logistics
- Booking subcontractors and confirming site access requirements
- Raising and sending purchase orders to suppliers
- Processing incoming orders and assisting with material tracking
- Liaising with tradesmen and clients to ensure job updates are communicated clearly
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Experience using job management software such as SimPro, AroFlo, or similar (highly desirable)
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous experience in a field service or trade-based environment preferred
