We will be looking to recruit a Committed Experienced Clinical Nurse Manager.
As a Clinical Nurse Manager you will be responsible within your scope of practice to provide clinical support as indicated and supervise the other team members to ensure they are providing support within the areas of physical, emotional and environmental needs to residents, within our facility.
Your daily routine will be as varied as the people you are looking after, but the goal will always be to provide high quality and timely clinical care, maintain resident independence, improve their sense of well-being and always enable choice and decision making.
You will need to demonstrate you have the ability to provide highly responsive individualised care. You will be great at delivering excellent customer service, be well motivated and have excellent communication skills as well have a high level of clinical expertise and accountability with a committed attitude and a sound understanding of the Aged Care quality standards and Dementia Care.
