About the Role:
This is a dynamic and challenging position where you will be responsible for leading and managing multi-storey sites from inception to completion. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Daily Duties:
* Lead and manage multi-storey sites from inception to completion.
* Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
* Solve complex problems and overcome challenges that arise during construction.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
* Provide regular project updates to senior management.
Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced professional who has a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from start to finish. You should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
