About The Role
As an Shift Leader/Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work side by side with the Assistant/Restaurant Manager to run a smooth, high‐performing restaurant that delivers unforgettable experiences every shift, every guest. You'll help build team culture, drive performance, and make sure every guest walks away satisfied (and maybe with a tub of tabouli in hand).

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting daily restaurant operations and being the Restaurant Manager's trusted partner
* Leading the team with energy, clarity, and heart
* Training and coaching staff for growth and efficiencyDelivering consistent, top‐tier guest service (and feast‐worthy food)
* Managing rosters and team scheduling
* Helping hit KPIs and supporting financial performance
* Ensuring Food Safety, cleanliness, and WHS standards are always on point
* Staying ahead of stock so the Famous Garlic Sauce never runs out
About You
* You've led teams in a QSR or fast‐paced hospitality setting
* You're currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced Shift Leader ready to step up
* You bring a calm, confident leadership style that earns trust
* You're passionate about food, people, and great service
* You're a strong communicator who lifts others up
* You're confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* You've completed (or are willing to complete) your Food Safety Supervisor certification
