About Us
Kilmore Caravan Park is a family-owned caravan park set on approximately 5 acres. We offer a mix of permanent resident sites, powered caravan sites, and tourist cabins, nestled in a semi-rural setting.
Conveniently located directly across the road from Kilmore Village shopping precinct, our park combines peaceful surroundings with easy access to everyday amenities.
Location
Kilmore is located just 60km north of Melbourne. Enjoy the charm of a close-knit community with the convenience of schools, cafés, shopping centres, medical services, public transport, restaurants, wineries, and leisure activities all nearby.
What's On Offer
* Salary + Superannuation
* On-site accommodation + utilities included
* Roster: 1 week on / 2 weeks off (ongoing) (16 weeks per year)
* Paid on-site training (commencing ASAP for the right candidate)
* Position commencing officially in early April 26
The Role
As Relief Manager, you will live on-site during your rostered week and take responsibility for the daily operations of the park.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage front office/reception duties
* Use RMS for bookings and management of tourist and permanent resident accounts (RMS experience preferred but not essential)
* Process payments and maintain accurate records
* Lead and motivate a small team (2 cleaners and a groundsman)
* Implement and maintain cleaning rosters and maintenance schedules
* Ensure compliance with caravan park regulations, rental agreements, WHS requirements, and reporting
* Maintain a safe environment for all guests and residents
* Provide outstanding customer service
* Handle problem-solving and conflict resolution effectively
* Assist with park activities during peak periods
* Build positive relationships with local businesses, suppliers, and the community
About You
* Experienced in management (caravan park or similar accommodation industry preferred)
* Experience In RMS a plus
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proficient in basic computer programs
* Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Comfortable living on-site during rostered periods
* Must have Australian work rights
