We are looking for a detail-driven professional passionate about supply chain excellence and stakeholder collaboration to join us as a Vendor Replenishment Planner. This role involves optimizing stock availability and driving business performance across our pharmacy partners—Chemist Warehouse and Sigma. The position requires some travel to Melbourne once a quarter.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Acting as the key link between our business and major pharmacy partners, ensuring seamless replenishment operations.
2. Owning the end-to-end replenishment process for all brands to distribution centres.
3. Analyzing sales data, forecasting trends, and managing stock levels to meet service and availability targets.
4. Reviewing forecasts and identifying risks, opportunities, or misalignments.
5. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align forecasts and promotional plans.
6. Providing insights and reporting on KPIs, stock health, and supply chain performance.
Your experience :
* Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel, Nielsen/Aztec/Circana experience preferred.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Business acumen and autonomy in customer engagement.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Knowledge of the Australian retail and pharmacy markets is preferred.
* Experience with in-store promotions and merchandising strategies is preferred.
* Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
