We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor with strong subdivisions experience to join a growing civil construction team delivering subdivision and land development projects across South Australia.

You'll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About the Role
As the Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising civil subdivision projects from commencement through to completion.
Working closely with Project Managers and operational teams, you'll coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed in line with programme, safety and quality expectations.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced civil construction environments and enjoys being heavily involved in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day operations across subdivision projects
* Coordinate site crews, subcontractors and suppliers
* Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification
* Monitor project progress and assist with programme delivery
* Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards
* Liaise with Project Managers, engineers and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with WHS and company procedures
* Manage site documentation and reporting requirements
* Assist with resolving site issues and driving project outcomes
* Maintain strong communication across all project teams
What We're Looking For
* Strong understanding of subdivision construction and earthworks
* Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proven ability to work autonomously and problem solve
* Commitment to safety, quality and programme outcomes
Highly Regarded
* Civil construction qualifications or trade background
* Experience with utilities, drainage, roads and bulk earthworks
* First Aid and relevant civil construction tickets
* Experience working with developers and local councils
