- focused office in Newcastle currently has a vacancy for a Service Coordinator to assist in the smooth running of our commercial service contracts.

**Role overview**
- The first point of contact for local contract invoicing queries
- Assist with the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations and/or publications
- Managing all staff paperwork such as Inductions and Technician licenses
- Managing Fleet (updating ORIX)
- General Office Administration
- ordering and receipting stationary, PPE/Uniforms, log books, hire equipment - gas bottles, etc
- updating contact/phone lists and mapping, etc
- Managing inventory / warehouse stock process
- Schedule and coordinate trade personnel in response to customer requirements and aim to reduce the total travel time and non-productive time where possible.

**Requirements to be successful**
- Previous success in a Service Support role within a trade environment, or similar experience
- Experience with Pronto Xi or similar would be an advantage however training is provided
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Proven aptitude for managing competing priorities with successful deliverables
