ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a true HR Generalist role in a fast-moving hospitality environment.
You'll partner closely with venue leaders across the group and work alongside a capable HR Assistant to deliver practical, compliant and people-focused HR support. No silos. No paper-pushing. Just meaningful impact.
You'll own the employee lifecycle from hire to exit, strengthen compliance foundations, support leaders through people challenges, and help evolve how we engage and develop our teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Talent & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across the group, from job ads and interviews through to contracts, system setup and inductions, ensuring every new starter experience reflects our culture.
Compliance & HR Operations Maintain accurate employee records, right-to-work documentation and visa tracking. Monitor Award compliance, leave, TOIL and workforce data, and support WorkCover and return-to-work processes.
Employee Support & Engagement Act as the first point of contact for staff and managers on HR matters, providing guidance on policies and workplace processes while supporting engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Training & Development Coordinate training programs, maintain training records and assist with developing and uploading content to our learning platforms.
Performance & Employee Relations Support performance review processes and documentation, assist leaders with structured performance management and elevate complex matters when required.
Offboarding & Workforce Planning Coordinate employee exits, knowledge transfer and exit interviews while assisting managers with workforce planning across venues.
WHAT YOU BRING
* Experience in a generalist HR role, hospitality highly advantageous
* Strong knowledge of Fair Work and Award compliance
* Confidence working with operational leaders
* High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
* A practical, solutions-focused mindset
* Comfort in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment
* Hospitality experience is highly regarded.
