About us The Early Learning Operations and Monitoring Division leads and supports policy, program development and monitoring for early childhood education and care, with a focus on delivering high quality kindergarten services. The Sector Monitoring sub-branch leads kindergarten contract management strategy and oversight, the newly established Kindergarten Audit and Assurance Program, as well as financial assessment and central monitoring of funded kindergarten providers. About the opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a talented project professional to join a high performing, supportive team that is passionate about improving outcomes for Victorian children. You will play a pivotal role in: * Analysing current processes and issues and identifying areas for improvement * Facilitating development and implementation of strategic solutions and process improvements in consultation with internal and external stakeholders * Preparing key communication materials such as visualisations, training materials and written reports * Developing and implementing systems to support policy implementation About you * A proactive and innovative self- starter, with strong collaboration skills and an ability to work in a complex, sensitive and fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy * Demonstrated experience leading projects and process improvement initiatives * Proven ability to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities * Ability to analyse issues and processes from multiple perspectives and provide practical and solution-oriented insights and improvements * Established interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear and concise, and to comfortably deal with difficult and sensitive lines of enquiry How to Apply Please click the Apply Now button on this advertisement.
