We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer - Building Services to join their high-performing team.
Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:
* Design electrical systems and schematics tailored to construction projects.
* Oversee on-site installation and commissioning to ensure project specifications and Australian standards alignment.
* Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for electrical systems to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
* Interpret technical drawings, determine system requirements, and approve construction plans.
* Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, and adheres to strict safety standards.
* Manage timelines, budgets, and subcontractor performance.
* Collaborate with clients, architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines.
* Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement processes.
* Promote energy-efficient and sustainable electrical solutions.
You'll Also:
* Lead stakeholder engagement and maintain excellent client relationships.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and apprentices.
* Drive a safety-first culture across all electrical work.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience, including at least 3 in Australian construction.
* Proficiency in CAD and electrical design software.
* Solid grasp of current Australian Standards, codes, and HSEQ regulations.
* Project management experience with a strong track record of delivery.
* Valid driver's license and full working rights in Australia.
