About the Role
* Delivering comprehensive clinical assessments and care planning
* Coordinating and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers on shift
* Leading by example to support high standards of care and service delivery
* Ensuring accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentation
* Providing coaching, support and orientation for staff and volunteers
* Contributing to accreditation, quality improvement, and risk management processes
* Collaborating with residents, families, health professionals and external stakeholders
* Managing clinical incidents, hospital transfers and emergencies when required
What We're Looking For
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Demonstrated experience in aged care nursing
* Strong clinical knowledge of age-related conditions
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting older people
* Ability to supervise and mentor staff
* Strong communication, problem-solving and documentation skills
* Understanding of contemporary aged care reforms, accreditation and quality standards
* Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice
