We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented professional to provide timely assistance to community members seeking to submit loan applications, including determining and confirming eligibility, managing paperwork, verifying documentation, and referring individuals to appropriate program team members or external supports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist community members with loan applications by guiding them through eligibility checks, managing paperwork, and verifying documentation.
* Connect individuals with internal or external supports, such as financial literacy education and related resources.
* Play a key role in empowering clients through access to financial literacy education and resources.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40821) or willingness to undertake at personal cost.
* Previous experience in microfinance, client services, or similar roles.
* Strong understanding of compliance, data privacy, and confidentiality principles.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
