You will bring: A proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in private education, training, or high-growth sectors such as tech, SaaS, or consumer services. Demonstrated success in scaling organisations sustainably, ideally across multiple geographies or brands. Deep financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance growth and profitability. An understanding of Australian and Canadian payment plan providers, with the ability to optimise partnerships and processes to support sustainable student enrolments and business growth. Experience inspiring senior leadership teams and building a high-performance culture. The ability to forge strategic partnerships and represent the organisation with influence on a global stage.
