* Job Description: Deliver person-centred care that meets the individual needs of patients and their families/carers, act as a patient advocate and support informed decision-making, facilitate appropriate referrals to support discharge planning, respond effectively to emergencies and changes in patient condition, appropriately delegate tasks to ENs and AINs within their scope and competencies, work collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
