Job Title: Field Service Technician
About the Role:
* Support and perform onsite installations, maintenance, and repair on medical device equipment.
* Review and make recommendations on solutions to determine the source of problems.
* Work closely with Territory Managers (Sales) to ensure service deliverables are met.
* Coordinate problem resolution with external and internal stakeholders.
* Conduct training on safe operation of equipment to teams and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve problems - electronic, mechanical, etc.
* Tertiary qualifications in electronics/electrical or biomedical-related fields preferred.
* Hands-on experience as a Service Engineer/Technician with relevant equipment – experience with lasers/pneumatics/printing equipment highly regarded.
* Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
* Full working rights in Australia.
