This role is ideal for someone with sales, account management, or client-facing experience from any industry who wants to transition into recruitment — or someone with the right personality, energy, and potential who’s ready to build a long-term career.
You’ll work with a global brand, partner with leading energy organisations, and help deliver workforce solutions to some of Australia’s most exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and professional roles.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and delivery.
* Source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
* Proactively identify new business opportunities and support Brunel’s continued growth.
* Stay across industry trends and emerging workforce needs.
What We’re Looking For
* Ideally, experience in sales, account management, or other client-facing roles (any industry).
* Excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
* Strong communication, organisation, and time management abilities.
* A positive, driven personality with resilience to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* No prior recruitment experience required — we provide full training, tools, and mentoring.
