The Australian Apaches will join the growing global fleet of more than 1280 aircraft operating in 18 countries, including coalition and regional partners.This role is based in Townsville working alongside the Army customer.We are looking for an Administrator that has excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong organisational and planning skills and experience. You are someone who is comfortable working both autonomously and participating collaboratively across teams. We are looking for someone who is proactive and approachable and will relish becoming a valuable member of the team.As the Project Administrator your duties will include the following:General project reporting requirements: report preparation and distributionCo-ordinate and arrange meetings for the Program and various teamsAttendance at customer meetings: Preparation of agenda/minutes and tracking decisions and actionsArrange and support events and visitors including team eventsGeneral office duties including incoming and outgoing mail, stationery and other activities to keep the office runningBecome the 'go-to' person for support across the teamManage and coordinate access to various systems and tools across the businessSupport the onsite EHS Manager with administrationCoordinate health monitoring tests (e.g. hearing as required)Coordinate and manage the on-boarding experience for new employeesTraining coordination for teammates to undertake Boeing and/or Defence trainingAssist with travel arrangements including bookings and credit card reconciliationSupport procurement activities for office and warehouse consumablesSecurity administrative duties: enable personnel compliance with Boeing and Defence requirementsCoordination with ITSupport Facilities works requests and maintenance servicing schedulesAbout youTo be successful in this role you will have:3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role.Certificate IV in Business Administration (highly desirable).You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
