About your role:
* Deliver high quality evidence based clinical services (including tele-triage, tele-health assessments, generic and profession specific biopsychosocial mental health assessment, treatment, investigation, diagnosis and client management) child and youth, adult, and elderly consumers in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
* Maintain and support reporting lines to the Cassowary Area Team Leader and Rural and Remote and Indigenous Mental Health Operations Manager to ensure delivery of clinical services within a quality improvement framework, in a multidisciplinary team across a complex and varied work environment.
* Take a leadership role in initiating, planning and evaluating quality activities, evidence-based practice, clinical research programs and local service improvement activities as delegated.
