Experienced Carpenter – Civil & Construction Projects Regional Project-Based Work Full-Time | Competitive Package
Asset Worx is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our Project Delivery team working across civil maintenance and construction projects.
This is a hands-on role suited to a capable tradesperson who enjoys working on varied infrastructure projects and takes pride in delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently. You'll play an important role supporting site coordination, mentoring team members, and ensuring projects are completed to standard and on schedule.
Responsibilities
* Deliver hands-on carpentry and civil construction works
* Support day-to-day coordination of site activities
* Guide and mentor apprentices and trade assistants
* Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to specification
* Assist with task planning, material coordination and site organisation
* Conduct quality checks and maintain strong workmanship standards
* Contribute to a positive, safety-focused team culture
About You
* Trade-qualified Carpenter
* Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction, maintenance or similar infrastructure projects
* Strong understanding of safe work practices and site procedures
* Confident leading small crews and setting the standard onsite
* White Card and current Driver's Licence (essential)
* Additional tickets (Working at Heights, EWP, First Aid, Traffic Management) advantageous
