We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our growing Melbourne team and help shape customer-centric solutions across enterprise Salesforce implementations.
At Seisma, you'll collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and stakeholders to turn complex requirements into simple, human-centered designs. If you're eager to grow within a high-performing, purpose-driven team, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs aligned with user and business needs.
Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, human-centered interfaces.
Design Salesforce Lightning UI components with a focus on consistency and usability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to run discovery sessions, user testing, and iterative feedback loops.
Ensure compliance with accessibility and brand standards.
Work within Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to design handoffs and documentation.
What You'll Bring
3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in enterprise projects.
Experience working on Salesforce platforms (especially Lightning Experience).
Exposure to the Solution Design Services Programme (SDSP).
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of responsive design and component-based design systems.
Ability to present and communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A collaborative mindset and user-first approach to problem solving.
