Administration Officer
Salary: $79,022 - $84,469 per annum
Permanent Full Time
Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

The City’s Community Development and Library Services business unit is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join the team. This is an exciting chance for a community / team minded individual to help support a large team delivering important work that benefits the Joondalup community.
Responsibilities
- Provide a broad range of administrative tasks and business support to the Manager Community Development and Library Services, the business unit leadership team and the business unit.
- Support a large team delivering important work that benefits the Joondalup community.
Qualifications
- Experience in local government (or other) administration roles
- Basic knowledge and experience of budgeting and financial reporting principles
- Relevant experience in dealing with the public efficiently and courteously
- Organisational, time management and priority setting skills
