Overview

Securelux, a leading provider of security screens and a licensee for Crimsafe, is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Junior Office Receptionist to join our Loganholme team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting office operations.

Experience in guest relations, front-of-house, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.

Your Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service, making every client interaction positive and memorable
* Manage bookings, inbound calls, and customer enquiries
* Maintain accurate records and perform data entry across multiple software platforms
* Provide administrative support including banking, filing, and general office duties
* Assist different teams within the business to ensure smooth operations
