Administrative Coordinator Role Summary
The role of Administrative Coordinator is a vital position within our organisation, responsible for providing administrative support to the day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process accounts payable, including supplier onboarding, receiving, coding and processing invoices.
* Manage accounts receivable, checking and sending invoices, reconciling debtor accounts and monitoring overdue invoices.
* Prepare for end of month processes.
* Perform data entry, reporting and analysis.
* Other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum two years' experience in accounts payable or receivable required.
* Comprehensive understanding of financial information including accounts receivable and payable.
* Qualification in accounting, finance or business desirable.
* Excellent computer skills, especially in accounting software like SAP, Microsoft Office Suite and Xero.
* Strong analytical, numeracy and literacy skills, excellent time-management skills.
* Clear communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
