Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of skilled services clients.
- Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your mature network of internal and external contacts.
- Maintain and enhance your portfolio’s credit risk profile while maximising profitability.
- Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio.
- Assume responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansion.
Requirements / Qualifications
- A well-established footprint as a business banking or relationship manager.
- Experience in business or commercial banking, with strong credit and lending knowledge.
- Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills.
- Passionate about business development and credit risk management.
- Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services.
