We are seeking a dedicated and culturally respectful person to work alongside Aboriginal children and young people living in Out of Home Care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the health care needs of Aboriginal children and young people
* Coordinating health checks, screenings, and appointments in a culturally safe manner
* Developing client-centred care plans with families, carers, and child protection services
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications (e.g. RN/EN, Social Worker), strong relationship-building skills, cultural awareness, and an ability to advocate for clients' needs.
