The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Cookto join our team at Richmond Lodgeto join our North Coast Region.
* Knowledge and experience in working to the compliance of the Food Safety Standards to HACCP level
* Strong time management and communication skills
* Understanding of resident's rights, person-centred care and dignity of risk
* Ability to manage change efficiently and effectively
* Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
* Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and Special Dietary needs
* Experience in Aged Care desirable
* Current First Aid Certificate desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player who is highly motivated
* Availability to work weekend shifts
