Receptionist & Office Administrator

Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting guests and staff to deliver a great office experience.
Conduct reception duties, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Oversee office facilities, supplies, kitchen, room equipment and catering.
Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing phone, email, mail, and courier deliveries, ensuring quality records are maintained, including accounts payable supplier invoices management.
Ensure high efficiency of meeting rooms set up, scheduling, and coordinate services for users.
Provide administration support to Northern NSW business region as required including secretarial, administrative, reporting and coordination services.
Qualifications
Highly developed written communication skills with strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of work produced.
Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate and positive manner.
Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within established deadlines, maintaining a consistent level of professionalism.
A positive and proactive approach to resolving queries and problems.
Strong attention to detail and pride in what you do.
