**About the role**
As a Workforce Planner, you will take charge in preparing rosters for our team members whilst juggling compliance and operational business requirements.
Key responsibilities you will have include:
- Partner with business units to create and develop high quality rosters by providing input and advice on roster patterns and appropriate labour mix to with a focus on equity, predictability and work/life balance using optimising rostering tool
- Effective rostering practices to support management in line with operational and budgetary requirements
- Ensure rosters are published to the agreed labour standards and demand planning principles
- Work alongside analysts to determine skill level requirements for the relevant business units
- Timely communication with key stakeholders regarding changes/ skill shortages etc for upcoming roster cycles
**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in business or HR
- Exposure to large scale hospitality or similar industry
- Experience in rosters and resourcing in high volume organisations
- Good knowledge of a rostering system with hands on experience
- Knowledge & understanding of roster production systems would be advantageous
