What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Building Manager, you'll learn the ropes from our experienced team while taking on meaningful responsibilities, including:
* Supporting the day-to-day management of Unit Plans – handling resident enquiries, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance.
* Conducting regular property inspections and spotting issues before they become problems.
* Preparing clear, professional reports to support ongoing property management.
* Working closely with owners, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly.
* Delivering exceptional customer service and building trusted relationships.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need years of industry experience – just the right mindset and willingness to grow. You'll thrive in this role if you have:
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with diverse stakeholders.
