* Set up meeting rooms, book catering, and support office events
* Manage courier bookings and deliveries
* Provide support with building and security maintenance when necessary
Requirements:
* Experience providing admin support and office service
* Excellent organizational skills with a mature, proactive approach
* Excellent communication skills with a customer service approach
* Strong teamwork skills
* Experience working within a law firm is advantageous
