We are seeking a Diploma (or equivalent) Lead Educator to join our passionate team and lead our Tint Tots room to success

Your New Role:
* Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging children, families, and educators to create an enriching educational program.
* Manage your classroom effectively, providing flexible routines and creative learning experiences.
* Be a mentor, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect within your team.
* Implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.
* Tailor educational programs to meet the unique needs of each child.
* Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Transition Statements.
* Ensure compliance with Government regulations and centre policies to maintain our high-quality standards.
* Establish strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
* Contribute to documentation and engage in a cycle of reflective practice.
About You:
* Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care as approved by ACECQA.
* Hold a current Blue Card.
* Hold current approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates.
* A solid grasp of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) principles.
