Your Responsibilities:
* Manage statutory Queensland workers' compensation claims from lodgement to finalisation
* Maintain business relationships through claims review meetings and education for managers and supervisors
* Collaborate with external allied health professionals, treating doctors, and regulatory bodies for compliance and recovery outcomes
* Support internal audits and facilitate compliance with workers' compensation legislation and company policies
* Approve claim-related expenses, manage medical case conferences, and oversee recovery strategies for injured employees
