We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. This role is responsible for providing second to third level technical support to education stakeholders, ensuring user requirements and operational deadlines are met.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working closely with educators and staff to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure service requests are completed within prescribed service levels and agreed priorities for delivery of quality service outcomes
* Contribute to positive student learning and staff teaching experiences by supporting implementation of personal computing environments (MOE's) and Unified Communications Service
* Ensure best practice objectives within function are met by accurately documenting resolution of reported incidents, service requests and project tasks within Service Management Software (ServiceNow)
You Will Have The Following:
* Advanced knowledge and skills with Windows operating systems
* Advanced knowledge and skills of O365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Active Directory
* Experience with Service Now or ITIL ticketing system
* Experience with MECM / SCCM
* Network troubleshooting
* Audiotraining and audiovisual equipment troubleshooting
* Ability to travel to remote sites
Desirable:
* High-level computer literacy and experience in Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems
* Microsoft Office Suite (O365), Desktop Management Software (MECM/SCCM), Web Browser technology and database applications
* Experience operating within the ITIL Framework and using a ticketing system (Service Now)
