About this opportunity
Our McDowall store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and assist leading the store's bakery department.
Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!
Responsibilities and Expectations
* Fresh food retail knowledge
* Bakery experience is preferred, but not essential
* Ability to lead and manage a team
* Ability to order and control costs
* An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations
* Accurateteam rostering
* Passion and enthusiasm, with a very \"hands on\" approach
* Unparalleled commitment to customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to liaise with both team members and management
* A flair for merchandising
* Strong leadership and delegation skills
* Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams
