What You'll Do
* Manage property sales administration from listing right through to settlement.
* Be supported by one experienced superstar part-time sales administrator and a virtual assistant.
* Keep our sales team organised, efficient, and free to focus on what they do best — selling.
* Maintain and improve our admin systems and processes across AgentBox, Realtair, Trello, and Outlook.
* Collaborate with the Head of Operations to streamline workflow and elevate the client experience.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in real estate sales administration is essential.
* Balances high-volume days and quiet stretches with consistency and focus.
* Detail-obsessed with a love for checklists, systems, and getting things right the first time.
* Calm under pressure, proactive communicator, and natural organiser.
* Confident managing people and processes simultaneously.
* A real sense of pride in your work and commitment to doing it well.
* Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration required.
