Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and revenue through proactive sales efforts.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing sustainable sales pipelines, and articulating Industry 4.0 insights to manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients
* Develop a strong sales pipeline through outbound initiatives like cold calling, networking, and social media engagement
* Research, draft, and present business transformational proposals that address client needs and provide innovative solutions
* Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to leverage their networks and abilities
* Qualify prospects and move opportunities systematically through the sales pipeline, from identification and initial outreach to the closed / won sales stage
* Articulate and share Industry 4.0 insights to help manufacturers embrace additive manufacturing and overcome business challenges
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
* Significant experience in a business development role, preferably in direct sales to C-level executives
* Past experience in high tech sales, such as CAD Sales, Solidworks, Autodesk, or Robots Automation is beneficial
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Strong understanding of design and manufacturing industry trends and market dynamics
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex messages across multiple levels
* Proven written and verbal English skills
* Ability to empathize with complex customer problems, creating opportunities by understanding the right solution to meet their needs
