This position of an Operations Support Coordinator has open up at our Perth Welshpool Branch.
You will work closely with our customers, sales team, finance team, and warehouse staff to efficiently co-ordinate the daily schedules for our field service technicians in the installation and service of our products.
About the role
* Assist in scheduling the Technicians, sub-contractors' works.
* Process the purchase order and job cards.
* Initiate inductions for Technician to visit customer sites.
* Producing weekly forecasts for kit suppliers and confirmed work.
* Keep job planner and order report up-to-date.
* Processing weekly timesheets for field service technicians ready for payroll.
* Knowledge of the transport/construction industry not essential but is preferred.
* Effective time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
* Ability to work independently or in a small team, to assist other team members when required.
* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal are absolutely essential.
* Strong computer skills. Expertise on Outlook and MS-Office suite is a necessity (Word, Excel and Access).
* Ongoing on-the-job training will be provided.
